Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced leaders to join our team as Senior Procurement Business Partners.

  • Be forward-thinking and self-motivated in driving corporate excellence and building capability.
  • Have excellent stakeholder relationship skills, including providing insightful advice to senior stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering procurement services through business partner models.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve organisational outcomes.
  • Set work priorities, develop strategies, and evaluate business outcomes.
  • Identify and drive performance improvement by measuring organisational performance.
  • Develop team members and provide support and advice.
  • Provide HR and management support to team members and supervisors.
  • Build relationships and liaise with stakeholders to anticipate, communicate, investigate, and resolve problems.
  • Represent Procurement Services at meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Demonstrated expertise, experience, and contemporary knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Relevant qualifications or extensive experience and knowledge in area of expertise.
  • Ability to lead teams and deliver corporate services.
  • Knowledge of government and industry strategic initiatives.
