We are seeking an experienced leader to join our organisation as a Procurement Business Partners Lead. This exciting opportunity will see you lead a high-performing team, driving corporate excellence and delivering end-to-end procurement services.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve the organisation's strategic corporate direction.
- Exhibit sound judgement and a willingness to innovate and experiment with different approaches.
- Build a customer-centric culture that adapts to solve complex issues.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering centralised procurement and contract management services through a business partner model.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve organisational outcomes.
- Identify and drive performance improvement by measuring organisational performance.
- Develop team members and provide support and advice.
- Play a pivotal role in developing people, managing change, and influencing behaviours.
- Represent Central Procurement Services at various meetings as required.
- Australian Citizenship.
- Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Expertise, experience, and contemporary knowledge relevant to the role.
- Relevant qualifications or extensive experience and knowledge in area of expertise.
