We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Partnership professional to join our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level administration support and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

  • Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality administration support for the Executive Leadership team and General Managers.
  • Format and proof complex documentation for stakeholder and public information.
  • Ensure effective and efficient administration support to the wider teams.
  • Coordinate diaries and scheduling of internal and external stakeholder meeting requirements.
  • Report on purchasing against target budgets and monitor compliance of the procurement process.
About You

You will be a relationship builder with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in an EA or Senior Business Administration role.

You will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities to meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Financial software (TechOne, CiAnywhere) and InDesign is also essential.
