Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at our Pooraka, SA site. This is a casual position, working Monday to Saturday, with shifts available from 5:00 AM to midday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Manage administrative systems and procedures, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Collect customer payments for goods received.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or cashier role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with SAP system knowledge preferred.
