Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Bicycle Mechanic with expertise in electric bike repair to join our team and be the face of Zoomo at our Melbourne location.

  • Ensure our riders have a seamless in-person support experience.
  • Take our riders through their onboarding process and all safety requirements.
  • Help our riders troubleshoot any issues they may experience.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on e-bikes, including but not limited to: replacing batteries, motors, controllers, wiring, brakes, drivetrain components, and suspension systems.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced technical skills for performing complex repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and resolving rider issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
