Job Description:

Leadership Opportunity in Electric Bike Retail

We are seeking an experienced store manager to lead our electric bike retail stores. As the leader, you will be responsible for sales, customer onboarding, restocking, merchandising, and rostering. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an electric bike store and report directly to senior leadership.
  • Own customer interactions including onboarding, servicing, and off-boarding.
  • Train retail assistants in customer service and sales.
  • Recruit and oversee staff such as mechanics and retail assistants.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Australia to ensure consistent execution of various aspects required for successful market growth and operation.
  • Communicate updates and learnings to the organization.
  • Plan and execute strategic projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles and conflict resolution skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shift patterns.
  • Interest and knowledge in mobility, micro-mobility, or e-bikes.
  • Passion for selling products to potential riders and empowering others.
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot efficiently.
  • Strong organization skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Will to question the status quo and be inquisitive.
