Role Overview
Bicycle Technician PositionWe are seeking an experienced bicycle mechanic with expertise in electric bike repair to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid role, leading the store's retail front of house and using their technical expertise in the workshop to service and repair bikes.
The position requires a reliable and confident self-starter who enjoys making an impact, working as part of a team, and bringing energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure riders have a seamless in-person support experience
- Take riders through onboarding and safety requirements
- Help troubleshoot issues and perform repairs and maintenance on e-bikes
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Experience with e-bikes and electrical components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Team player and comfortable working with tools and software
