Postdoctoral Research Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Fellow to manage the Wellcome Trust-funded Tipping Point project. This international project aims to investigate relapse prediction in individuals with bipolar disorder using objective measurements of sleep and circadian parameters through actigraphy.
The successful candidate will oversee daily project operations, including staff and participant recruitment, data collection, and progress reporting. They will also contribute to the project's design and analysis, collaborate with lived experience experts, and produce high-quality research outputs.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading global network of mood disorder researchers and develop skills and collaborations essential for a future leadership role in mental health research.
About YouTo be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in research methods relevant to mental health, particularly clinical trials or prospective observational studies. You should also possess excellent communication skills and an ability to develop a good rapport with participants, investigators, and project staff.
Additionally, you should have a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as a working knowledge of ethical principles relevant to conducting research with clinical populations.
QualificationsA PhD in psychology or other relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience are required for this role.
