We are seeking a strategic Growth Marketing professional to drive and scale customer acquisition motions. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in developing channel strategies and understanding PLG dynamics.
You will play a critical role in driving growth for a high-scale startup, leading digital campaigns, experimenting with new approaches, and building channels from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute data-driven acquisition growth strategies
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital campaigns
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies
- Leverage data and analytics to inform bid strategies and creative approaches
- Partner with teams across Brand, Product, and Data Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing
- Curiosity to adopt new marketing strategies and AI-powered solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Experience building performance marketing channels from scratch
- High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
