Job Description:

As a Graduate Rehabilitation Counsellor, your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing initial assessments, psychometric testing, and brief interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment.
  • Conducting vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support.
  • Assessing and reporting on psychological functional capacities, including comprehensive assessments.
  • Making recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on work ability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Master of Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Eligibility for ASORC or RCAA accreditation upon graduation.
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
