Step into a meaningful role where you will empower clients to regain their sense of purpose through workplace re-engagement. Based in a vibrant Wollongong office, you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing case management, and rehabilitation services.
Your Day-to-day May Include
- Managing return-to-work cases, including psychological claims
- Conducting vocational and functional assessments
- Developing tailored rehabilitation plans
- Liaising with treatment providers, insurers, and employers
- Delivering high-quality, compliant reports
- Supporting clients through every step of their journey

You are a motivated and values-driven professional, passionate about making a real difference in people's lives. You will have:
- Qualifications in Psychology (Provisional or General Registration) or Rehabilitation Counselling (ASORC or RCAA Membership)
- Experience within the Occupational Rehabilitation Sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients
- A commitment to high-quality service delivery
- Excellent organisational and written communication skills
