Rehabilitation Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with individuals who have experienced a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design programs to assist injured employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver assessments and counselling to support clients navigating complex rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
  • Design, implement, and monitor RTW programs to assist injured employees
  • Educate employers on the health benefits of good work practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
  • Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
