Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motorcycle Response Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in motor cycle operations, incident management, and conflict resolution.
">Main Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to traffic incidents / breakdowns along major roads and highways, providing essential support to ensure road safety and efficiency.">
- Work collaboratively with emergency services, providing road trauma first aid and small compartmental firefighting when required.">
- Operate various vehicles, including 4WD utility, attenuator truck, and tow trucks, to assist with civil maintenance support.">
- Contribute to the safety of team members, road users, and other related parties by managing critical incidents and engaging in conflict resolution.">
Requirements
">- ">
- A valid motorcycle and MR drivers' licence with no court cancellations or suspensions.">
- Extensive experience in motor cycle operations, incident management, and conflict resolution.">
- A construction white card and the ability to work both day and night shifts.">
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm and level-headed demeanor when working under pressure.">
- At least 5 years of incident management experience and full working rights in Australia.">
