Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing restaurant operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Recruit, train, and develop front of house staff
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • A RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

Schedule and Pay

The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating 7-day roster.

Supplementary pay includes tips.

  • Restaurant supervisor: 1 year (required)
