Leadership and Service Excellence Manager

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, develop expertise, and deliver high-standard services within our dynamic team.

We are seeking an exceptional leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, supporting client services, and promoting continuous improvement across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve service delivery excellence, ensuring efficient implementation of client initiatives and optimal program delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of programs, meeting program-related KPIs, and driving data-driven decision making.
  • Evaluate data measures to inform continuous improvement initiatives and enhance service quality.
  • Promote the Leadership Program and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Implement effective workforce management strategies to support business growth and development.
  • Analyze market insights, build market intelligence, and integrate knowledge management processes into daily operations.
  • Maintain best practice standards, minimizing customer complaints and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and diversify the client portfolio, increasing revenue streams through Mental Health First Aid, Psychometric Testing, Specialist Recruitment, Mediation, Career Transition, and Wellbeing Checks.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, driving business growth and profitability.
