Automotive Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Cars24. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our customers leave with a smile on their face.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Delight: Go above and beyond to delight and amaze our customers with a warm attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a highly professional demeanor.
- Test Drives: Conduct test drives with customers, listen to their needs, and close the sale with confidence.
- Process Excellence: Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless car delivery and pick-up processes, minimizing hassle and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes, contributing to the growth and success of our new business.
- A valid driver's license
- A positive outlook and proactive attitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
