Job Title: Automotive Sales AssociateWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be the face of Cars24 to our customers, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
- Conduct test drives with customers, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right cars are ready for inspection and delivery.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as paperwork and documentation.
- Help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes in our new business.
- Valid driver's license.
