Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Cars24. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Team: Motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve sales targets and enhance productivity.
- Drive Sales Performance: Optimize and streamline the sales process to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including logistics and customer experience, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Total Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Lead to Net Sale Conversion Ratio: Optimize the conversion ratio of leads into successful sales to ensure efficient lead management and enhance overall sales performance.
- Total Value-Added-Services Penetration: Increase the adoption of value-added services, such as financing and extended warranty, to maximize revenue and improve customer experience.
- Efficiency of Overall Spend: Optimize the cost of sales to achieve greater profitability for the company.
- CSAT and NPS Scores: Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to ensure customer loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
