About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Area Manager to join our team at Feros Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a medium-sized team and driving business growth through strategic planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sustainable corrective actions to address business risks
  • Drive strategic change and improvement initiatives to enhance business viability
  • Provide high-level guidance and support to team members to ensure successful outcomes
