About You:

  • Proven experience and comprehension of the disability sector.
  • Experience in overseeing a medium-sized team.
  • Enthusiasm for people management and a track record of developing a self-sufficient workforce characterized by high energy and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong resource management capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of business viability requirements.
  • Ability to analyze reports, interpret data, assess risks, and formulate and execute sustainable corrective measures.
  • Strategic thinking and acting skills, with a successful history of driving and implementing change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, facilitation, presentation, and report preparation.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with problem-solving abilities to ensure business continuity.
  • Willingness to travel interstate and stay away from home for at least two nights each month if required.
