About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Area Manager to join our team at Feros Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a medium-sized team and driving business growth through effective people management and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a medium-sized team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sustainable corrective actions to address business viability needs
  • Drive and implement change at a strategic level to improve business outcomes
  • Manage and allocate resources to achieve business goals
  • Develop and implement effective people management strategies to grow a self-sufficient workforce
  • Provide high-level computer skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure business continuity
  • Travel interstate and stay away from home for extended periods if necessary
