Executive Recruitment Specialist

As a seasoned Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel with creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration. You will be responsible for proactively seeking top talent using cutting-edge tools, working closely with regional operations managers and business partners to achieve high-quality resourcing outcomes.
- Proactively seek quality workforce utilizing all available tools
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers and Business Partners to deliver timely and effective resourcing solutions
- Manage contract requests, compliance, maintain CRM/talent pipelines and internal mobility initiatives
- Prior experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment role (Hospitality or retail experience is preferred)
- Strong project management and reporting skills
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management, dealing with individuals at all levels
- Energetic self-starter, focused and enjoys challenges with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in computer literacy and systems knowledge
- Hard-working with a drive to succeed
