We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This role will oversee recruitment activities across various departments, including Food & Beverage, Sales & Events, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of recruitment processes
  • Building high-performing teams
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers

Required skills and qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in recruitment and/or talent acquisition
  • Expertise in recruitment processes, systems/tools, and best practices
  • Familiarity with ATS and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
