Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner

  • We are seeking a skilled and dynamic recruitment specialist to join our People & Culture team.

About the Role:

At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Health or Beauty industry, is required. High-volume recruitment skills, combined with strong stakeholder management and proficiency in Microsoft Office, will set you apart from other applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop diverse sourcing channels to create robust talent pools through LinkedIn, industry forums, and proactive network building.

- Recruitment Execution: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job description drafting to making offers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

- Strategic Talent Attraction: Lead initiatives to establish strong talent pipelines through career events, digital platforms, and local partnerships.

- Employer Branding: Champion our employer brand by staying ahead of market trends and enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

- Leadership & Advice: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing innovative strategies and data-driven insights to enhance recruitment practices.

- Project Support: Contribute to Talent and TA projects, optimizing our recruitment infrastructure and strategic talent planning.

- Compliance & Integrity: Uphold our corporate standards and statutory requirements, ensuring ethical practices in all recruitment activities.
