About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Partner to join our team at HomeMade, a related entity of Mable. This hybrid role combines onboarding expertise with a customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless integration of customers into our platform.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans for customers, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
    • Conduct virtual assessments and create personalized support plans, promoting independence and self-management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding activities.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Work closely with customers to identify existing and required capabilities, leveraging the HomeMade Customer Portal to maximize fund utilization.
    • Efficiently utilize resources for customer education, driving rapid adoption of the HomeMade Customer Portal.

Requirements

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
    • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
    • Comfortable discussing finances and budgets with customers, with a focus on empowering them to make informed choices.
    • Familiarity with technology platforms, with experience using Google Suite, Salesforce, and cloud-based contact centre software.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a focus on customer service, business, or social sciences.
