Job Title: Financial Strategist

Overview:

The financial strategist lead is a key member of the executive team responsible for driving financial planning and analysis to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and manage costs.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to executives.
  • Lead the finance team in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives and drive business results.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Presentation of financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders and the board.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of financial management experience, ideally in a tech startup or fast-paced industry.
  • Expertise in M&A, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
