Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Operational Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of our studio and facilities.

This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset who can maximize team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising Studio Runners tasks
  • Serving as an escalation point for Runner and day-to-day Facilities issues in the studio
  • Assisting with updates to Facilities Intranet Pages
  • Managing staff/social events and screenings with the Facilities team
  • Proactively managing day-to-day maintenance, communicating and managing issues with contractors and suppliers as required
  • Managing First Aid and Fire Wardens, ensuring training is up-to-date
  • Collaborating with the Assistant Facilities Manager in managing the desk booking tool
  • Ensuring the aesthetics of the studio aligns with company standards
  • Liaising with internal departments regarding new starters
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility with work schedule
  • Self-motivation and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Detailed and methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues
