Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled operations coordinator to join our team. As an operations coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day store operations across multiple luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting store teams with operational tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Partnering with customer care teams to resolve service issues quickly and protect brand reputation
  • Monitoring compliance, safety, and loss prevention requirements
  • Coordinating communications, tools, and training rollouts for retail teams
  • Liaising with warehouse, contractors, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of retail operations, store management, or customer care experience (multi-brand or luxury ideal)
  • Detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced systems experience, especially Excel and Microsoft
