Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Risk expert to join our team in Australia or the United Kingdom. This role will involve delivering high-quality regulatory, risk, and compliance advice and solutions to clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of specialized experience in risk, compliance, and/or regulatory fields, preferably within a consulting environment. They should be comfortable with common tools, frameworks, and standards in this space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver regulatory, risk, and compliance advice and solutions to clients;
  • Assess risk programs and design controls for implementation;
  • Develop and implement regulatory engagement strategies and change programs;
  • Support Partners, Directors, and Executives in business development activities;
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to solve client problems.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience:
  • 3-5 years of specialized risk, compliance, and/or regulatory experience;
  • Experience working in a consulting environment;
  • Comfortable with common tools, frameworks, and standards in this space.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to write business documents, including reports and proposals;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in risk management;
  • Experience providing high-quality service to clients and fostering professional relationships.
