Regulatory Risk Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with regulatory changes, and providing expert advice on compliance matters.
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Risk Professional to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective compliance controls, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions, and uplifting the control environment.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide compliance advice, contribute to risk-in-change assessments, and help drive remediation and monitoring activities.
- This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across divisions, contribute to governance forums, and support the delivery of our Compliance Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Provide expert advice on compliance matters to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective compliance controls.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as AACI or ACI 10980NAT highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
