  • Advising clients on the development and implementation of risk frameworks","
  • Assessing risk programs and designing controls","
  • Implementing controls testing and uplift","
  • Designing and implementing regulatory engagement strategies and regulatory change and compliance programs","
  • SUPPORTING PARTNERS DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVES TO IDENTIFY AND EXECUTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES TO BUILD THE ASHURST RISK ADVISORY BRAND","

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Directors, Partners and clients on engagements, providing on-the-job training, direct involvement in business development, clear recognition for your performance, and greater career opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ","
  • 3-5 years of specialised risk, compliance and/or regulatory experience, ideally within a consulting environment","
  • Experience delivering high-quality work for clients and stakeholders in line with expectations and deadlines","
  • Proven experience in non-financial risk management and compliance assessments, strategies and controls","
  • Confidence in autonomously finding solutions to a range of problems, especially those related to risk management, in a commercial and client-focused way","
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on attention to detail","
  • Experience providing the highest quality service to clients and fostering professional and commercial relationships with a range of stakeholders","
  • A passion for collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team across Ashurst to solve client problems","
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development","
