Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified Driver Trainer to deliver training and assessment programs for new and existing employees across our heavy vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering internal training programs
  • Conducting on-site training sessions with employees
  • Ensuring employees meet company standards for operating heavy vehicles
  • Maintaining current knowledge and skills in industry developments
Requirements:
  • A valid MC licence and extensive driving experience
  • Formal qualifications in training and assessment
  • Strong understanding of mass management and fatigue regulations
  • Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety legislation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
About the Role:

To succeed in this position, you will have a passion for training and development, as well as the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. You must also be prepared to undergo pre-employment medical testing including functional, audiometric, drug and alcohol assessments.
