\We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality maintenance and repairs on Scania trucks and other heavy vehicles.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive service and repairs on Scania trucks, trailers, and heavy vehicles.\
- Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal performance of Scania HGVs and other heavy machinery.\
- Execute detailed mechanical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for Scania trucks and heavy vehicle fleets.\
- Maintain and repair heavy vehicle equipment, focusing on Scania trucks to the highest standards.\
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in the workshop environment, particularly when working with Scania trucks.\
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including WHS, HR, and heavy vehicle regulations.\
- Complete mandatory training through our Online Learning Management System (Multilearn).\
- Report any hazards, near misses, or incidents immediately.\
- Work on a diverse range of heavy vehicles and equipment, including Scania Prime Movers and Main Fleet, additional heavy vehicle brands, rigid trucks, specialized vehicles, forklifts, and specialized trailers.\
- Qualifications and Experience:\

- Certifications for Diesel Mechanics: Australian Cert III in Diesel Mechanic or Auto-Electrician, or a recognized international qualification.\
- Experience as a Scania Truck Mechanic: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a role involving Scania truck maintenance and heavy vehicle repairs.\
- A valid Driver's License: A current and valid driver's license.\
- Fluency in English: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.\
- Strong communication skills, ability to work efficiently, problem-solving skills, commitment to following all safety and compliance protocols.\
