Job Opportunity for Driver Trainer

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Driver Trainer to deliver training and assess competency to our employees across our range of heavy vehicles.

As a key member of our logistics division, you will be responsible for delivering internal training programs and conducting on-site training with new and existing employees. Your primary focus will be on ensuring employees are trained to operate in line with company standards.

This position requires frequent travel to our other sites as needed. To succeed in this role, you will have a current MC licence, extensive driving experience, formal qualifications in training and assessment, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our national fleet consists of over 300 trucks ranging from HR to MC vehicles, which are serviced and maintained in our in-house workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver internal training programs
  • Conduct on-site training with new and existing employees
  • Ensure employees are trained to operate in line with company standards
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and skills for the various vehicles our employees will be trained in
