We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Clinical Scheduling Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and rostering environments, with exposure to allied health or clinical industries being a plus.

Job Description:

The Clinical Scheduling Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality care. In this fast-paced role, you will manage the scheduling of allied health and nursing services, triage referrals, coordinate bookings, and respond to intraday changes. You will also liaise with third-party providers and ensure service instructions align with preferred provider guidelines.

You will be the first point of contact for service changes, supporting both customers and clinicians by maintaining stable, responsive schedules. Working closely with workforce planning and operations teams, you will help deliver seamless care experiences. Your coordination ensures our customers can continue living independently at home, while enabling our clinical workforce to operate efficiently and compassionately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering environments
  • Exposure to allied health or clinical industries (desirable but not essential)
  • Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices
  • Initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to show empathy with customers and relatives
