About the Role

As a Project Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training and test environment of the future. Working closely with Defence, you will develop project management skills to transition from coordination to leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Advanced Training and Test Environment (ATTE) program, delivering critical capabilities to support all services in the Defence Force.
  • Develop and maintain initial project documents, including proposals of change, analysis of change, and initial planning documents, for change requests in the ATTE program.
  • Support other program managers in developing more complex change requests, record-keeping, and staffing through approval processes.
  • Act as secretariat for governance meetings, coordinating submissions, recording actions, and following up on timely completion.
  • Maintain good record-keeping of all program data and ensure effective support for timely submission of program deliverables.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV qualified in business administration, leadership, or project management disciplines or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a project coordination role, preferably in Defence or a technology-oriented environment.
  • Experience in Defence Capability projects or products in a CASG System Program Office or Defence formation headquarters environment is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a requirement for this role.
