About this opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Crew Member to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as part of a close-knit team.

  • Key responsibilities include:

    • Operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works
    • Performing general hand labouring tasks

  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

    • Maintaining company trucks and plant equipment
    • Participating in site safety and business improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Availability to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
  • Experience in asphalt road surfacing
  • General Construction Induction Card
  • Current HR drivers licence or mobile plant tickets (highly regarded)
