Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Road Design Specialist. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality civil designs and construction drawings for development projects.

Your primary focus will be on road and storm water drainage design, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards and is compliant with relevant regulations and council requirements.

You will work closely with senior staff and stakeholders to provide technical advice and guidance on complex engineering matters.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed civil design and construction drawings for development projects.
  • Design and develop road and storm water drainage systems.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to senior staff and stakeholders.
  • Undertake site investigations and surveys as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role within a local council or government agency.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, or TUFLOW software.
