The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asphalt road surfacing principles and practices.

They will be able to safely operate mobile construction equipment and perform general hand laboring tasks.

Additionally, the successful applicant will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience working in a team environment and ability to adapt to changing situations is also essential.

A valid driver's license and First Aid certification are also preferred but not required.
