Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our brand development and growth initiatives. As Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for driving new user acquisition, building our brand, and scaling our marketing efforts to match our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company values and mission.
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead a team of marketers to achieve our marketing goals, including campaign development, execution, and measurement.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling brand messaging, visual identity, and content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Performance Marketing: Drive new user acquisition through performance marketing channels, including paid social, search, and email marketing.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify our brand reach and credibility.
  • Analytics and Measurement: Work closely with our analytics team to track and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in high-performing marketing teams, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Experience in start-ups or growing an emerging brand, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Comfortable with both strategy and execution, with a proven ability to own budgets and outcomes.
  • Passionate about technology, energy, and/or the environment, with a genuine interest in making a positive impact.
