The Role
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a brand strategy that aligns with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy
Work with our Head of Brand to develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with company goals.
Marketing CommunicationsLead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Audience EngagementDeepen our understanding of our target audience and develop innovative campaigns that resonate with them.
Creative JudgementProvide clear creative guidance to our in-house and external creative partners to ensure all communications are true to our brand.
Project ManagementOversee the full life cycle of brand and comms initiatives, ensuring they're on time, within budget, and effective.
Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with our multi-functional marketing team, as well as other departments, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Tertiary Education
Tertiary education in marketing and communication or a related field, and relevant experience (agency and/or client side).
Brand Growth ExperienceProven knowledge and experience growing beloved brands and leading outstanding communications campaigns.
Relationship BuildingAbility to build sustainable, positive relationships with groups inside and outside the organization.
Industry ExperienceExperience working in a food or retail background is ideal but not essential.
