Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sleep Technician to join our multidisciplinary Respiratory and Sleep Medicine team.

About the Role:

  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies on patients using a range of monitoring equipment.
  • Prepare high-quality reports on these studies to contribute to optimum patient treatment.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement programs.
  • Contribute to the development of an integrated team approach and culture that is highly responsive to consumer needs.
  • Provide technical support for research studies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant Technical discipline; physiology, psychology, neuroscience, nursing or equivalent.
  • Previous sleep lab experience is ideal but not essential.
