Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

The role of the Health and Safety Professional is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all employees, contractors, and visitors to our sites.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards and risks.

In this capacity, you will develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive health and safety management system that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

You will conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for mitigating these risks.

In addition, you will provide training and advice to employees, contractors, and subcontractors on health and safety policies and procedures.

You will also investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Your strong understanding of the latest Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) legislation and industry best practices will enable you to make informed decisions and drive positive change within our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert IV in OH&S or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HSE commercial construction, preferably in high-rise buildings.
