Lead Structures Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Structures Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and team to drive high-rise projects to successful completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Project team to identify and mitigate potential construction risks.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Structures Foreman on high-rise / residential new builds.
  • Excellent understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) processes.
  • Established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Trade qualification preferred, but not essential.
  • Superior communication and leadership skills.
