Tax Manager Position

A dynamic and challenging role has arisen in our Tax and Business Advisory team for a Tax Supervisor to lead and manage the delivery of tax services to a diverse range of clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- To supervise and manage a portfolio of SME business clients and High-Nett Worth individuals, ensuring successful completion of assignments while maximising revenue and profit opportunities.
- To provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
- To foster strong relationships with clients, Managers in the business and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- To run multiple engagements to successful completion, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Relevant undergraduate degree and CA/CPA qualification.
- 5+ years' experience in Business Advisory.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Good analysis, judgement and problem solving skills.
- Resilience and adaptability to maintain effective work behaviour.
- Understanding of offshoring function and intercultural competence.
