Job Title: Tax Advisory Manager

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to join our Deal Advisory Tax team in Perth. Our ideal candidate will possess significant transactional experience, a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, and strong tax technical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax due diligence, structuring advice, transaction document review, tax model reviews, post-deal integration, and transaction-related ATO and FIRB correspondence.

To excel in this role, you will require a commitment to excellence, a passion for M&A, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tax professional with significant transactional experience or a passion for M&A.
  • Strong tax technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment, supervise, and mentor team members.
