Go there with us...In this Tax Manager role, you'll be a key member of our Finance team, ensuring compliance with global tax requirements, solving complex tax issues, and supporting Go1's operations across multiple jurisdictions.

We are open to someone in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.The RoleReporting to the Head of Tax and Treasury, the Tax Manager plays a critical role in solving complex tax issues and ensuring that Go1 is compliant with all necessary tax legislation.
You'll work closely with the Accounting team to identify opportunities for process improvements and potential areas of risk, monitor changes in tax legislation, and support the business with timely, reliable updates to policies and strategy.What You'll DoFacilitate and manage the preparation and review of Go1's tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulationsIdentify and address tax issues across multiple jurisdictions (including Australia and the United States), implementing tax strategies to minimize liabilitiesManage tax audits and prepare all required documentation promptlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with external tax consultants and tax authoritiesConduct deep research on tax issues and prepare clear, actionable guidanceAnalyze financial statements for tax implications and advise accordinglyCoordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely tax reportingMonitor tax calendars to ensure all filings are submitted on timeRecommend tax-efficient business practices and identify potential savings opportunitiesProvide timely advice on matters such as withholding tax, sales tax, R&D credits, and relevant contract languageWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field6+ years' experience as a Tax Manager or in a senior role within a Big Four public accounting firmStrong experience with international tax and
