Job Title

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Leader to join our team.

Job Description

This role is responsible for interpreting and analysing business plans, delivering corporate services, and managing organisational executive and administrative support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate autonomy, leading diverse teams and modelling service delivery in a dynamic school environment.
  • Provide leadership and support in executive and administrative services, including training and professional development for school support staff.
  • Lead human resources for school support staff, undertaking workforce planning and overseeing activities such as recruitment, induction, training, and performance management.
  • Contribute to financial planning, developing and monitoring the annual budget and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.
  • Provide facilities management advice and project management, including evaluating new work and renovation projects and making recommendations.

Key qualifications include:

  • Autonomy and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse business plans.
  • Experience in human resources and workforce planning.
  • Strong financial planning and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional information: A current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) is required when working in regulated employment.
