**National Training Manager Position Overview**

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong leader who can balance big-picture planning with detailed operational oversight.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to drive strategic initiatives and oversee educational operations within the VET division. The successful individual will have in-depth knowledge of the VET sector, including compliance requirements, and experience in course delivery, assessment, and RTO operations.

The National Training Manager will be responsible for implementing strategic directions for educational delivery, assessment, and support services, leading and coordinating daily operations of course delivery, marking, and student support, and ensuring high-quality delivery and assessment of vocational courses.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management capabilities, a commitment to student success, and a passion for education. They will also contribute to continuous improvement, foster team collaboration, and ensure compliance with training package and RTO requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for educational delivery and assessment.
  • Leading and coordinating daily operations of course delivery, marking, and student support.
  • E nsuring high-quality delivery and assessment of vocational courses.
  • Fostering team collaboration and contributing to continuous improvement.
