About the Role

As a strategic and operational leader, you will oversee the efficient and effective management of corporate functions. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team responsible for managing various corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support operations across multiple locations.
  • Provide expert advice and direction on requests and issues relating to all aspects of corporate operations.
  • Support the executive leadership team in ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, and procedural obligations.
  • Maintain and promote corporate policies, practices, and record-keeping.
  • Develop sustainable systems and drive digital enhancement initiatives to support efficient service delivery and maintain cybersecurity measures.

You will also provide guidance and support to build the capability of the broader team, supervise direct reports, and undertake other key duties as reasonably directed by the CEO.

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive individual with demonstrated knowledge and experience in operational business management and corporate services functions. Key requirements include:

  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong risk management skills to ensure quality of work.
  • Integrity through responsible management and use of processes and resources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build professional relationships with staff and stakeholders.

A relevant qualification with demonstrated management experience in corporate services and/or business operational management is essential. Experience with government processes/legislation and working directly with a CEO and Board would be highly regarded.
